We pause in stillness to welcome the light of all creation to reflect joy in our experience. We honor with intention the movements that take place, while offering the body peace and serenity in the present moment. It is through this awareness, space is held for a soul’s alignment.
We honor each experience with integrity in joining the sacred springs of water within. Each private session offered is unique to the individual, as the gifts that are called upon to be in presence may vary. Currently offerings services in Wenatchee, Issaquah, and online.

Energy Work Sessions
A sacred space to refine, relax, and rejuvenate the energetic field.
Held in sacred space, Opal honors the connection with Earth medicine in energy work facilitations. Rooted in Earth’s medicine, Opal joins to meet the grounding medicine of Pachamama in providing a nurturing space to receive energy medicine.
In a session, individuals will join in the quiet of the present moment to honor their intentions for practice. These sessions are a powerful space of nourishment for the body supported modalities of Reiki and Shamanic based practices.

Sound Bath Sessions Individual & Couples
Meeting in serene environments tended to with sound medicine.
Private sound bath sessions are an opportunity to convene with the vibration of sound in exploring supportive spaces to call forward support and nourishment for the body. In a session, Opal will utilize various sound instruments including singing bowls, drums, rattles, chimes, and singing to facilitate an individualized sound experience for you.
These sessions are offered as Individual sessions, or as a couples session with a partner, loved one, or friend.

Sound Alchemy Sessions
Co-creating sacred container for alchemic processes to support the vessel through energy & sound medicine.
Alchemy is the shift of energy into one form of matter into another.
In these sessions, there is awareness of the energy moving within the room. Through sound, Opal utilizes various instruments to assist in this movement transitioning to energy work intermittently.
These sessions offer a different depth of practice as sound medicine often brings the body to a deeply relaxed state, inviting the shifts of stagnant energy with the body to shift.

Through the sacred rights of the Munay-Ki, derived from ancient traditions and ceremonies of the Q’ero nation in the Andes of Peru, We journey with the medicines held sacred by shamans through time.
Each of the rights carries a different seed of wisdom that assists in supporting the strengthening and expansion of the luminous energy field. Through each of these rights, we learn to nourish and tend to our hearts through the perspectives of dreaming a new life into being.
Munay is Quecha for Love
Ki is Japanese for lifeforce.
